Payment options

Whether you want to pay for your printer , cartridge , toner , or accessories , you can use the following payment options:

• iDEAL
• Pay by invoice
• Mastercard/Visa
• PayPal (with 2.6% surcharge)
• Google Pay and Apple Pay

iDEAL

iDEAL is an online payment method that allows consumers to pay through their own bank. This payment method is only available in the Netherlands; for our Belgian customers, we refer them to Mister Cash. This works the same as iDEAL in the Netherlands.

*Payment with iDEAL is only possible in the Netherlands.

Pay by invoice

If you choose the "Pay by invoice" payment option, a credit check will first be performed. If this is approved, your order will be completed, and you will receive an invoice by email. The products will be shipped before you need to pay the invoice. The "Pay by invoice" payment option is only available to business customers. The following terms and conditions apply:

Business

1. You have a PrintAbout account;
2. You do not have the package delivered to a collection point;
3. A credit check will be conducted, which must be positive. Depending on this, you can order by invoice up to a certain amount;
4. For your first order, PrintAbout always asks for an advance payment;
5. PrintAbout reserves the right to refuse delivery on invoice at any time;
6. The payment term is 14 days.

I received a payment reminder, but I've already paid. How is this possible?
Our administration processes payments on weekdays until 5:00 PM. It's possible that this automated email and the payment have overlapped. If this is the case, please email proof of payment to [e-mail] so the payment can be traced and processed immediately.

I'm still waiting for a credit note; do I have to pay the invoice yet?
Payment reminders are sent automatically and are not linked to returns and/or credit notes. Unfortunately, we cannot stop these reminders. If you have made a different payment agreement, for example, if you are awaiting a credit note, then that agreement prevails. You can consider sent reminders as unsent until you have received the credit note/the settlement as discussed with customer service has been processed. We are aware of this agreement.

I still have an outstanding credit note; can I offset it?
Credit notes are not automatically offset against outstanding invoices. You can let us know via [e-mail] that you want to settle this.

Mastercard / Visa

Would you like to pay for your order with Mastercard or Visa? No problem! Paying with Mastercard or Visa is secure through our secure SSL connection.

Apple Pay

Do you have an iPhone, Apple Watch, or iPad? Then you can get started with Apple Pay right away. This service is already installed on your device. You don't need to go through a complicated setup process or download a separate app. Apple Pay is ready to use, so you can pay quickly and easily with your Apple device. Apple Pay is secure and reliable.

Google Pay

With Google Pay, paying is much faster and easier. Securely store your credit card in Google Pay and you'll never have to manually enter card information again. Checkout is a breeze, hassle-free. Google Pay saves you time and effort when shopping and paying online.

PayPal

You can pay with PayPal.
PayPal is an online payment method that allows you to easily pay, and you choose which account the payment is debited from. This payment method works in both the Netherlands and Belgium. PayPal is available to everyone. However, there is an additional 2.6% surcharge when using this payment method. 

Bancontact

Bancontact is similar to the Dutch payment method iDeal. You can only choose Bancontact as a payment method if you live or are located in Belgium. We're happy to refer our Dutch customers to iDeal.
